    For Z visa requirement, the following has been mentioned on embassy website, but what is the difference between these:

     

    Alien Employment License (Work Permit) issued by the Ministry of Human Resources & Social Security of the People's Republic of China,

    Confirmation Letter for Foreign Experts (Foreign Experts Certificate) issued by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of the People's Republic of China,
