I’m a 36 yo bilingual American-Mexican Computer Engineer from the city of El Paso Texas USA which is located in the border line region with Mexico (holding a Mexican passport)with University diploma (College Degree in Computer Systems Engineering)and an ESL teacher with over 4 years of teaching experience in China, my knowledge and skills have allowed me to be a foreign teachers trainer and to provide support as a Foreign HR consultant and executive manager. I have provided training for both foreign and Chinese staff in different management levels and organizational activities in CIEO( Canadian international English organization), Share and Reader Rabbit international English center in Shenzhen.
